Format Srl internal structure is divided into four areas of activity:

Area of the research – Made by researchers and research assistants. The researchers take care of the studies planning, the research organization (from the working out of the questionnaires to the sample designing), the presentation of the results. They generally are project leaders. The research assistants take care of the building of the sample for the survey, data encoding and post-encoding, analysis of the content.

Area EDP – It is a centre of expertise managing the computer platforms used by Format to collect data (Cati Systems - Computer Assisted Telephone Interview; Capi Systems – Computer Assisted Web Interview) and data analysis (Format uses the SPSS package).

Field Area – It is a centre of expertise carrying out all the activities of data collection through face to face interviews in the territory, phone, mail, web and qualitative surveys. The Field Area researchers coordinate all the steps of data collection and take care of the quality control over the results of the field surveys.

Executive and Managerial Area – This Area includes the people running the General Affairs and the Administration, who ensure the company all the services needed for the right development of its activities.
